The UniOTP family offers a succinct range of one-time password authenticators that meet your needs whether cost, convenience or security is your priority. UniOTP authenticators generate secure one-time passwords, ensuring that only properly authenticated users are authorized access to critical applications and data. UniOTP authenticators comply with OATH standards and are ideal for remote access solutions.
UniOTP authenticators are available in both event-based and time-based types, and are built to be tamper-proof and tamper evident to ensure maximum reliability for continuous use anywhere. UniOTP (300 & 500) come with a 2 year warranty as standard, and can be extended up to 5 years.
UniOTP 500 contains an inbuilt Real-Time Clock (RTC), generating TOTPs (time-based one-time password) & displaying a one-time password every 60 seconds on the LED display. UniOTP devices can be configured to generate 6 or 8 digit long OTPs, depending on the security requirements of users.
UniOTP tokens follow the OATH standards and can be paired with any OATH based 3rd party server (or mixed with existing 3rd party OATH based tokens), which allows for extreme flexibility when implementing to your existing solution.
Passwords are randomly generated, and it is infeasible to reproduce like-passwords from the given allotment of possible passwords that can be generated.
Dynamic passwords coupled with existing authentication systems overcome the limitations of static passwords, whereby successful authentication requires both the correct credentials and the generated one-time password unique to that instance, with no two identical OTPs ever generated.
Passwords generated by the token are valid for only one use, after which the generated password becomes invalid.
Malware and interception attempts used to gain access are not possible, even in the possession of a previously-used OTP, due to the random and unique nature of one-time passwords.
With the device’s build designed to be waterproof and withstand continuous daily usage, on top of the inclusion of a 2-year warranty (extendable to 5 years) with each token, UniOTP provides for a highly reliable and cost-effective authentication solution.
The UniOTP is shielded with a robust casing made of wear-resistant engineering plastics. The hardware device has passed a battery of tests, including electrostatic discharge, immersion, run-over and mechanical shock tests. It is tamper-resistant so that the encryption key and secure data stored in it are far from malicious attacks. In addition, the ergonomic design of the hardware device offers customers a comfortable user experience.
On top of the Tamper-Resistant design, the UniOTP’s motherboard, battery and other important components of its system are encased with ink. If anyone tries to modify or break into the UniOTP device the ink will spill & prevent the token from operating.
A benefit of UniOTP is that it has no footprint, customers do not have to install any software on the client side. With UniOTP, the authentication can be used for network security on PCs, tablet computers and even smart phones.

Compatible with the Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS) protocol, with support for multiple operating systems including Windows, Mac and Linux, multiple web servers including Apache and IIS, multiple databases including Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL, and programming languages for the SDK include C, C#, C++, Java, and PHP.
